Mike Little

Mike is a man of true grit, strength, and determination. His life experiences have instilled in him an intangible skillset that allows him to achieve results in any environment and impact everyone positively. 

 

Despite facing early challenges such as foster care, homelessness, and time in battered women's shelters and halfway homes, Mike's potential was unleashed by his 14 years of military service, achieving the rank of Chief by age 28.

 

He then went on to make a name for himself in the real estate industry, where he has spent the last 13 years making a positive impact. He has spent 4 of those years as a PEAK performing Managing and Principal Broker as well as CEO, and before that, he was a top 1% REALTOR® nationwide and still maintains that distinction. 

 

Today, Mike is a successful serial entrepreneur who has built seven Iron Valley Real Estate franchises, two Noble Title and Escrow offices, and has impacted countless lives. His strategic partnerships with high-performing individuals rooted in selfless military service have culminated in his team assisting over 7,100 families buy or sell homes.

 

As the Principal Broker and Co-founder of four locations in the Hampton Roads, VA area, as well as the Vice President for Noble Title and Escrow, INC, Mike has brokered over 4,000 real estate resale transactions worth over $1.2 billion in just 3.5 years. His leadership has also helped his company become the top Iron Valley franchise in the nation for production per agent, units sold, and volume sold. He has been voted to the Board of Directors for the Hampton Roads Realtors Association in 2024.
